Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can get to the garden and around the house, we can do the job while you're out. We'll send photos when we've finished.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Once a year suits most houses, ideally in late autumn after the leaves have dropped. Homes close to big trees, especially in the wooded parts of the Cotswolds, often need it twice.
Do you use ladders?
For most homes we work from the ground with a carbon-fibre vacuum pole and a camera, which is safer and keeps us off your flower beds. We only use ladders where a pole can't reach.
What happens to the grass cuttings, leaves and gutter waste?
We take everything away and dispose of it responsibly. If you'd like to keep clippings for your compost heap, just say.
Can you work on listed buildings and stone cottages?
Yes. We work on plenty of older Cotswold stone and Worcestershire brick properties, and we take extra care with cast-iron gutters and stone ledges.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or card after each visit. Regular customers can pay monthly.
